3. No exchanges/refunds/returns are allowed after purchased. Please make sure you check if the clothes are new or pre-loved, measurements and colours before buying.

4. NO reservations are allowed.

5. NO last minute back outs or cancellation will be entertained. In case of last minute cancellations, no refund will be done.

6. Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during delivery.

7. All goods will be inspected before shipping.

8. Items will be shipped out after full payment is received [including postage].

9. Payment is to be made within 24 hours after receiving our confirmation e-mail on the availability of goods.
